We all really want to be strong, in control and safe. It isn’t possible but a fantasy that we try and attain. What if we flipped this? Realized we weren’t, but He is! That he has peace in his hands.

“Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with you.” —2 Thessalonians 3:16

It is comforting to know that the Lord is with us. Even when we don’t sense it, he is by your side, he is your peace. Like a child with a loving parent and their soft blanket—he is the comfort beside us. Will you turn towards his peace?
