One thing anxiety does is rob us of the knowledge that we are loved, belong, and are valuable. Today we will see that these things are indeed true.

Focus

“But now, this is what the Lord says…Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.” —Isaiah 43:1

No one redeems, summons and claims you as their own unless you are loved by them—unless they see you as valuable. When everything “out there” screams “unworthy”, hold onto the fact that He redeemed, summoned and claimed you. Beautiful.
