Day 2
So often we read about what to do with anxiety, but we aren’t invited to practice what we learn. Today we will practice.
Begin the guided prayer using the audio player.
Focus
God is good and what he does is good (Psalm 119:68). We can trust him. We read in Philippians 4:6, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”
Do that now. Present them all! A good and faithful God cares about your concerns. He wants to hear them. Don’t worry about if they are “right”, or “allowed”, just share them.
Journal
Take 2-3 minutes and journal what you imagined your day would look like if you believed today’s truth. Remind yourself that He hears, He cares.
