Many of us have never known a solid and reliable source of comfort and care for every situation. It is no wonder then that we can’t believe one could be available! Today we question that automatic assumption.

Focus

“Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” —1 Peter 5:6-8

This isn’t a trite suggestion. It is built upon knowing that God is far bigger, and more able than you know. That his care is vast and lavish, and reaches out strong hands to hold more than you could ever bear—and these hands are right there for you.

Journal

Take 2-3 minutes and journal what you imagined your day would look like if you believed today’s truth. He cares, with strong arms. Cast it all unto him.
